Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of adrienneleestore.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Adrienne Lee ("we," "us," "our"). By browsing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it's placed — for example, if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout, including a valid shipping address. We're not responsible for orders that can't be delivered because of an address entered incorrectly.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change at any time. We do our best to describe and price everything accurately, but errors can happen; if an item's price is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the mistake.

Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns & exchanges

Shipping timing, costs, and coverage are described on our Shipping page. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy, including the 30-day window and original-packaging requirements. Those policies are part of these terms.

Product descriptions & colors

We try to show our jewelry as accurately as possible, but actual colors and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen. Handmade and hand-finished pieces will have small natural variations — that's part of their character, not a defect.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including our name, logo, product photos, and text — are owned by Adrienne Lee and protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

The Site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Adrienne Lee isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item at issue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Adrienne Lee operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
