Where we ship from

We ship from our headquarters in North Carolina. We currently ship within the United States only.

Rates & timing

U.S. shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days, and most arrive within 3–7 business days after they leave us.

Carriers & insurance

Standard orders ship via USPS. USPS shipments don't include insurance or a delivery guarantee, so we're unable to cover or replace packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

If you'd like tracking and insurance, choose the UPS option at checkout. We don't insure or guarantee USPS shipments.
